At PicklePaddle, we believe in good vibes, great games, and gear that lasts. We stand behind our paddles (not literally — that’d get in the way of your swing), and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Our Paddle Promise (a.k.a. Warranty Policy)

Bought a PicklePaddle directly from us or one of our awesome authorized dealers? Sweet — you’re covered! Just hang onto your proof of purchase and read on:

  • Every paddle is carefully inspected before it ships out to you.
  • If something’s not quite right, we’ll check it out and let you know if it falls under our warranty.
  • Note: Replacement paddles don’t come with a new warranty.

🗓️ Warranty Length:

You’ve got 90 daysReturn/ Warranty Form from the day your paddle arrives to report any manufacturer defects. That’s three whole months of pickleball bliss.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. Fill out our Return/Warranty Form (it’s quick, we promise). Return or Warranty Form
  2. Sit back while we review your claim — we might ask for photos or give your paddle a once-over.

✅ If approved, you’ll get one of these awesome solutions:

  • A shiny new paddle (same style or similar if yours is out of stock).
  • Store credit equal to the value of your paddle — use it to try something new!

Not Covered (Sorry, Folks!):

Our warranty doesn’t cover:

  • Normal wear & tear (a well-loved paddle shows it!)
  • Accidental drops, smacks, misuse or other rough handling
  • Graphics fading (style doesn’t last forever)
  • Weather damage, extreme temps, or general paddle neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or custom paddle mods

Returns & Refunds – Easy as a Drop Shot

Changed your mind? No worries! Here’s how returns work:

  • Full refund if you return the paddle within 7 days — it must be unused, in original packaging, with that plastic wrap still on the handle.
  • Up to 30 days for returns from the purchase date — paddle must be in "like-new" condition with all packaging.
  • Returns after 7 days (but before 30 days) come with a 30% restocking fee — we gotta keep things fair.
  • Shipping costs are on you (both ways), and they’re non-refundable.
